Steven provided a clear and detailed explanation, complete with actual UV and IR readings on my car and live demonstrations of the product. What convinced me was the proven quality of the US-made tint — I’ve had bad experiences before with films that lost effectiveness within a year, but this one felt different. Soon after, I went on a long-distance journey covering over 2,000 km in less than two weeks, including a drive from KL to Langkawi and back. The tint performed exceptionally well under intense sun. Even with the scorching heat, the interior remained cool — especially the windshield, which managed to reject heat effectively while maintaining clear visibility. It worked exactly as advertised.

Midway through the trip, a rock hit my rear passenger door, shattering the outer layer of glass. Thankfully, both the second glass layer and the tint film held everything together securely, allowing me to continue the journey safely without issue. Once I returned and had the glass replaced, I brought the car back, and the team promptly restored the tint to its original condition at a special rate.

Great, friendly and expert services, from the team at SunTek. This was my first time doing window tinting. They gave good and clear explanation on the product and service provided, and best requirement for what I needed, which was great. I must stress that the workmenship was excellent, and Mr Steven emphasizes on top notch quality of work.
